2008 All Amenity Inclusive Nightly Rate:
SUMMER: Memorial Day and Labor Day, 6/1/08-8/24/08
To determine your nightly rate you must add the base rate and the per person
rate. The per person charge is $7/person/night for the first 3 nights. There
are no per person charges starting on your 4th consecutive night stay. There is
no per person charge for children 3 and under and seniors 60 and over. (per
person rate is only charged from May 30th through August 25, 2008,
Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends.) This rate will allow access to all
facility amenities including Ranger’s Revenge & Picnic Plunge water slides,
mini-golf, pedal carts, lazer tag and inflatable moon bounce.
(Height restrictions do apply,inflatables
are scheduled 3x/week)
Spring
and Fal Weekends: 3/21/08 - 5/3/08 and 9/19/08 - 11/1/08
There will be a $3 per person per day charge for Friday and Saturday night
stays only. There is no per person charge for children 3 and under or adults 60
and over. This rate will allow access to all facility amenities including
mini-golf, pedal carts, lazer tag and inflatable moon bounce.

The nightly rate
includes 6 people per site or luxury cabin and 4 people per cozy or camping

night stay, keepsake family photo with a bear and a camera for your family to
take more photos during your vacation;coupon for a Free Yogi Bear lunch for the

Check in on Sunday and out on Friday and your family will receive a Yogi BearTM
Tuck In exclusively with this package. Each child will also receive a free

All visitors must
be registered. We do not charge a visitors fee on days when there are no
activities scheduled. We encourage you to preregister your guests at the Ranger
Station.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Two night’s deposit required for all site reservations for weekend reservations
for the months of June, July and August. All other reservations require a one
night’s deposit and two nights for cabin rentals. Holiday reservations are
required to be paid in full. (Holidays are Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day,
ALL Halloween weekends). Check, cash, money order, Visa, MasterCard or Discover
may be used to secure your reservation. Credit card reservations will be
processed at the time the reservation is made. Reservation deposits need to be
received within 7 days or reservations will be canceled. We will make every
effort to reserve the site you requested but we cannot guarantee sites.
Check-in time for sites is 3:00 Pm and checkout time is 1:00 PM. Check in time
for cabins are 3:00 PM and checkout time is 11:00 AM. There is a charge for
early arrivals and late departure. All visitors must register at the office and
pay a visitor’s fee. All visitors must leave the park by 11:00 PM. Our pet
policy for cabins is that if a guest brings a pet in the cabins or around
cabins the customer will be asked to leave without a refund.
Golf Cart Rentals
Renter must be at least 21 years of age with a valid drivers license and a
major credit card. There is a 3 day minimum rental on Memorial Day, July 4th
and Labor Day. Please Note: Bringing any type of mechanical powered vehicles
are not permitted. This includes scooters, ATVs, power wheels, golf carts or
motorized skateboards. Only licensed and registered vehicles for use on public
roads are allowed.
