Premium Sites - Under Construction

NEW FOR 2013! We are converting 4 of our standard 30/50 amp sites to Premium sites. These sites are large pull-through sites on the end of a row so they have larger yard areas. They can accommodate any size unit with slide-outs. They will have enlarged paver patios, and an upgraded picnic table with a shade umbrella. We will include an upgraded campfire ring, upright charcoal grill and additional landscaping. These sites are not shaded. They are sites 711, 722, 733 and 746.

Preferred Sites

These are our most popular sites. They are close to Yogi Bear’s Water Zone. They can accommodate any size rig and any number of slide outs. They have water, 30/50 amp electric, sewer, cable, gravel pads, picnic table, and fire ring. They are all at least 70 ft in length and 40 ft wide. They are sites 200 - 228. 17 are pull-throughs and 12 of them are back-ins. These sites are not wooded.

Standard Sites

All of these sites have water, electric, sewer, cable TV, gravel pads, picnic table, and fire ring. The standard sites with 30 amp electric offer shade and some are heavily wooded. Some are pull-throughs and some are back-ins. They vary in size and can accommodate units from 25 ft to 35 ft. (sites 101-142 and 231-233) The standard sites with 30/50 amp electric are all at least 70 ft in length and 35 ft wide. They can handle slideouts and are easy to navigate. Most are pull-throughs. These sites are not wooded. (sites 230, 700-704, 712-721, 723-732, 734-745 and 747-757)

Economy Sites

These sites have water, 30 amp electric, gravel pads, picnic table, and fire ring. Some of these sites are pull-throughs but most of them are back-in. They vary in size. Most of them are best suited for travel trailers up to 30 ft, pop-ups or tenters that prefer utilities. The pull-throughs can accommodate any size unit. All of these sites are wooded. (sites 300-317, 403-411 and 500-507)
